Colorado Home Check is professional, timely, and detailed in their work. It’s important for companies like this to be on time, accomplish the agreed upon task, and leave the site cleaner than how they found it. CHC does this each and every time. I particularly appreciate the business owner Jesse, who showed up to help his crew with the work. I like to see ownership with a bit of skin in the game. Let’s me know they truly care about how their business performs as well as how satisfied I as a customer am. Jesse is a funny guy and I enjoyed chatting with him. I highly recommend Colorado Home Check.

Jesse is extremely professional, friendly and ready to help at any time. If I ever have an issue with my home in Vail while I am in town or out of town, I know that it will get fixed. The work is efficient, timely and perfectly executed and Jesse treats everything as if it were his own. This is been a fantastic snow year. We needed to have our decks cleared so that we could do some aerial photographs for a listing video. Colorado home check was able to clear my decks and did so in a timely manner. We would highly recommend that anyone needing this type work have it done by them they are very reliable.

Colorado home check has been the best service for my family and I. I am so happy with them and I would never choose anyone else. The employees are nice, respectful and helpful in doing anything I ask of them. When I leave- I feel safe leaving Colorado home check in charge. They do whatever I ask of them without any problems. They also are super nice to my children and I know that can be hard with youngings LOL!!!!!

Jesse is knowledgeable and has a keen sense of what a clients needs are. We had him out for a window job and mentioned the decks structure was about due for repair. Turns out he was 100% right and the 2x10 joists were rotting entirely. We are so pleased that we now have a 100% truly maintenance free deck we will enjoy for years and years. Hands down the best contractor and would recommend his services to everyone!

Jesse is the man. He makes sure my place is always ready for my guest so I don't have to travel up there all the time to do it myself. He is always available and always answers the phone, and he gets stuff done immediately. I have used him for a while now and I highly recommend him.

My wife and I use Colorado Home Check for our seasonal rental in Breckenridge, Colorado. Jesse, did a great job managing our 2 bedroom townhouse rental property. He took care of everything from snow removal and checking for frozen pipes to tenant lockouts. I felt relieved knowing that someone was looking out for my best interest.

To begin with the positives, I will say that Jesse Csincsak was always available 24-hours a day to take phone calls or emails if we had any housing or tenant issues and, personally, was very friendly and charismatic.However, with that being said, I cannot recommend Jesse or Colorado Home Check (CHC) for long-distance property owners. We live out of state and own a townhome in Vail with high in-season and out-of-season tenant turnover. Therefore, we need a company that can act as an effective surrogate for us to ensure that the place is always clean and in good order for incoming tenants, that required repairs and maintenance are well-managed and completed as expected, and that the process is stress-free and seamless for us; which is the entire purpose of paying for a property management company.Regarding price, CHC’s monthly rate is very low. However, at the end of the day, the cumulative price of their service is extreme (over 45% of our rental income) once you factor in the hourly cost of having them do anything above and beyond the monthly home “check;” especially in comparison to other local companies who provide a long list of in-house services at 40% or less (i.e. cleaning crew that provides their own linens and supplies, maintenance crew, ALL guest contact (reservations, check-ins, money handling, complaints, etc.), rental listing and market-informed unit pricing, etc.) – none of which are provided by CHC. Additionally, and understandably, as CHC is still a new business, it does not seem as though they have established any preferred vendor relationships in the area to quickly and effectively secure 3rd party repairs/maintenance or improvements when needed or requested.Regarding quality of service and attention to in-home detail during inspections, we are very disappointed. As mentioned above, Jesse was always very quick to respond. However, that did not translate into effective follow through to ensure the quality of 3rd party service, whether it was a cleaning complaint or major appliance issue, and any in-home activity required a lot of oversight from us. To give a few examples, insufficient 3rd party home repairs went unnoticed (or simply not reported to us) for months when we were told “everything looks great” after repairs, they were never able to find a reliable cleaning company (we experienced many tenant complaints relating to this), and no matter what went wrong, or how negligent they were during home inspections, or when their crew charged tools to our Home Depot account (which would not have been returned to us if we had not noticed), they immediately placed blame elsewhere; rather than act as a true representative of ours and demand quality service and follow-through from others or to simply apologize for oversights. Again, we are out of state owners and do not have the ability to make regular check-ins on our property – hence the need for a reliable and full service management company with whom we feel comfortable and secure.Lastly, over the last 6 months or so, Jesse has been primarily focused on starting another business, thus restricting his local availability and time, and I can appreciate the dilemma of this situation. However, as a subscriber of their services in Vail, we are extremely disappointed and very frustrated with the experience. As their name indicates, if you are looking for a company to come in for a low monthly rate and simply “check” your home to make sure it isn’t flooding or on fire, that the thermostat is set and the pilot is lit, and send a few pictures of your place, then this is the company for you. However, I cannot recommend Colorado Home Check as a full-service, and stress-free, or affordable, comprehensive property management service. Especially compared to other available services in the area.

Jesse at Colorado Home Check manages my property in the Beaver Creek area. I have a large home and he and his staff do a great job of keeping an eye on it while I am away. They do weekly emails to me with pictures detailing that all is well and letting me know if anything looks like it needs attention. I recently had a renter identify a potential leak in a lower level basement and Colorado Home Check had someone at the home within an hour to deal with the situation. I have also had Jesse help with electrical work and general repairs too. It is great to have someone who is a trained electrician and knows about all the trades helping out while I am away. Thanks Jesse! You give me the peace of mind to know that my house is always safe.

I had Colorado Home Check do landscape work on my home in Vail, Colorado. After years of experience with various landscape companies, not a single one has done such an outstanding job. All of the terms were met, and everything was completed with in a timely fashion. If you are looking for quality reliable landscape work, I highly recommend using Colorado Home Check!

We own a property in Breckenridge, Colorado and Colorado Home Check Property Management does a great job managing all of our on site details. They handle everything from Snow Removal to Landscaping and basic handyman services, They even have a ton of concierge services we have used such as grocery delivery and ski and snowboard tuning. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a home here. They show up on time and complete all work in a timely manner. Their rates are very competitive and we have always been able to count on them no matter the request we have had.5 Stars for Colorado Home Check
